Overview

Connecting EntryReady to your Cloudbeds PMS lets you simplify guest access management by automating the transfer of reservation data and access provisioning. This guide explains how to enable and configure the EntryReady integration directly from the Cloudbeds platform.


Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

  1. Admin access to your Cloudbeds account.

  2. An active EntryReady account.

  3. Both platforms updated to their latest versions.


Step-by-Step Guide to Connect EntryReady

Step 1: Access the Cloudbeds Marketplace

  • Log in to your Cloudbeds account.

  • Click on the Marketplace tab from the main navigation menu.

  • Search for "EntryReady" in the integrations directory.

Step 2: Install the EntryReady Integration

  • Locate the EntryReady app in the results and click on it.

  • Review the description and click Connect or Install.

Step 3: Authorize the Integration

  • You will be prompted to log in to your EntryReady account.

  • Grant permission for Cloudbeds to sync reservation data to EntryReady.

Step 4: Test the Connection

  • Create a test reservation in Cloudbeds to ensure the details appear in EntryReady.

  • Confirm that access codes are sent to the test guest successfully.


How to Disconnect the Integration

If you need to disconnect the integration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Installed Apps

  • In Cloudbeds, go to the Marketplace and click on Your Installed Apps.

Step 2: Remove EntryReady

  • Locate the EntryReady integration in your list of connected apps.

  • Click Disconnect or Remove Integration.

Step 3: Confirm Disconnection

  • Verify that no new data is syncing between Cloudbeds and EntryReady.
